The farm is located at an altitude of 475 m with South exposure and a slope from 6 to 10% in a hilly environment that characterizes most of the area with its waviness, the soils generally fertile.
The vineyards (planting sesto 2,40 and 2.20x0.80 and 5210/5680 per hectare) are characterized by a clear prevalence of Sangiovese Grosso (locally called "Brunello"), the vineyards have been planted since 1995 according to the system of breeding cordon spurred. In addition to Sangiovese, there are particles implanted in Cabernet Sauvignon and, mostly, Merlot, accompanied by small surfaces of Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot.

Winery of new construction has been designed with the aim of integrating the most modern technologies of winemaking. It is equipped with cutting-edge technologies and is certainly a model among the small and medium cellars of Montalcino. The equipment is new (pumps, deraspa-press machine and pneumatic press) and all in stainless steel. The cellar is equipped with stainless steel tanks of various capacities and the barriques are in French oak. The production of wine takes place exclusively in stainless steel barrels at controlled temperature. Aging occurs both in 20-30-60-65 Hl barrels and in 225 lt.
