This property is an ideal place to stay when planning day visits to visit some of the most charming locales and villages in Tuscany: Monteriggioni and Montalcino (both about 50 km away) can be reached in about three quarters of an hour by car; Volterra and Pienza (about 75 km away) are an hour and twenty minute drive, and in just an hour and a half you can visit Florence.
The nearest airport is the Florence airport (110 km, about one hour and twenty minutes by car). The Perugia airport is about 144 km away, about a one hour and forty minute drive.

The main house
Has an independent entrance and a net saleable area of about 211 sq. m. on two floors.
On the ground level there is a large living area with a fireplace, a dining room, the kitchen (also with a fireplace), a study/bedroom and two bathrooms. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms, two with terraces, and two bathrooms. Outside, with access from the kitchen and the dining room, there is a large portico overlooking the pool.
The holiday apartments have a net saleable area of about 238 square meters, on three levels. There are four apartments, with independent entrances, and they all feature a large kitchen/living room with fireplace, a bedroom and a bathroom.
The property also has a large garage with a net saleable area of 90 sq. m. and five different sized outbuildings, which need to be renovated.
State and finishing
The property has been renovated and is in excellent condition. For the restoration, classic touches and high quality finishes were used, maintaining a rustic feel in all of the rooms.
Antique materials were utilised in the main villa, with exposed wood ceilings with beams and rafters, fireplaces with antique travertine, and terracotta floors.
